On-line Ticket Store
A comprehensive range of Monthly Season Tickets may now be purchased on-line. Adult monthly tickets may be purchased and renewed on-line.
Tickets for Children and Young People
Child rate monthly tickets may be renewed on-line, but your initial purchase of a child rate ticket must be made in person, so that we are able to verify the age of your child.
New Customers
We will send you a photocard with your first ticket. You will need to obtain a passport-size photo, which must be sealed in your photocard before using your ticket for the first time.
Existing Customers
You will need to quote the photocard number of your existing photocard when making an on-line application to renew your ticket.
Your Purchase
Transactions will be processed the next working day, Monday to Friday. We will dispatch your ticket by First Class post, free of charge, so it should normally arrive the next day, but we advise that you apply at least 3 working days in advance of the day you would like your ticket to start.
We cannot be held responsible for tickets delivered after the commencement date where applications have been made with less than three days notice.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order and that your ticket has been posted.
Payment

Payment may be made by Mastercard, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa or Solo.
Cards Accepted
Payment is collected using a secure web site and the transaction is validated when the order is placed. Your credit/debit details are not stored by us, passed to us or to any other organisation.
Personal Information
To enable us to send you your ticket we will need to collect personal information such as your name, address and e-mail address.
When you use the on-line store for the first time you will need to register using your name, e-mail address (username) and a password of your choice. These details can then be used for each subsequent purchase.
We will use personal information submitted when making a ticket purchase to provide the service you have requested. We will never sell or otherwise make your personal details available to any other organisation, or use them for any other purpose within our company, other than to notify you by e-mail of an imminent ticket expiry.
